De mi is az a stressz \u00e9s hogyan is hat r\u00e1nk \u00e9s szervezet\u00fcnkre?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mi az a stressz?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A stressz orvosi \u00e9rtelemben a szervezet\u00fcnk ingerekre adott, nem specifikus v\u00e1lasza. Teh\u00e1t olyan fizikai, szellemi \u00e9s \u00e9rzelmi \u00e1llapotok \u00f6sszess\u00e9ge, amelyek k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 fesz\u00fclts\u00e9get, nyugtalans\u00e1got, aggodalmat v\u00e1ltanak ki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> T\u00e9vesen negat\u00edv form\u00e1ban \u00e9rtelmezz\u00fck, holott eredetileg az alkalmazkod\u00e1s \u00e9s fejl\u0151d\u00e9s mozgat\u00f3rug\u00f3ja, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi sz\u00e1munkra k\u00fcls\u0151 negat\u00edv hat\u00e1sok felismer\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s ez\u00e1ltal a probl\u00e9ma megold\u00e1s\u00e1nak keres\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s kezel\u00e9s\u00e9t. \u00c9rzelmi \u00e9s fizikai ingerekre szervezet\u00fcnkben idegi \u00e9s hormon\u00e1lis v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok mennek v\u00e9gbe, amely k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyek\u00e9nt a pulzus, a sz\u00edvver\u00e9s \u00e9s a l\u00e9gz\u00e9ssz\u00e1m megemelkedik. Azonban a hossz\u00fat\u00e1v\u00fa \u00e9s a magas stressz szint tov\u00e1bbra is k\u00e1ros \u00e9s rombol\u00f3 hat\u00e1s\u00fa.
